If you like our approach and want to work with us, a full dimensional analysis of the building and site is booked to produce scaled as-existing drawings. Accurate building and site data give us the tools we need to start our design process, plan landscapes and underpins your Planning and Building Control applications.

We like to book another visit to finalise your design brief and wish list in detail and answer any questions you might have, before bringing your ideas to life with simple concept ideas, plans and sketches.

We start developing the design in our drawing studio and create detailed floor plans, sections and scaled elevations for you to review and feedback. We’ll give you draft designs within three weeks and work closely with you to make it perfect over several timely design review sessions.

Our designers will work closely with you to refine the drawings and ensure they meet your requirements.  

Once you approve the design, we will prepare all necessary reports and supporting documents for a complete planning application.  We will also accommodate any final tweaks or changes during the designated grace period between sign-off and submission.

We collaborate with you on the final design, paying close attention to detail, and aim to complete it within 6 weeks. 

We handle everything to do with your planning application, anticipate objections and negotiate on your behalf for a successful outcome.

To ensure a seamless transition to the next phase and avoid any potential delays, we proactively prepare for the upcoming steps during the 12-week planning phase while the case officers evaluate our application.

We offer a Contract Management service, including assistance with tendering, document compilation and summarisation and will help support you finding the best Main and Sub-Contractors who are right for your project and a good fit for you.

If the construction work affects a shared wall, our qualified surveyors can help you comply with the Party Wall Act.  

We provide expert Party Wall Services, including serving notices, preparing awards and resolving disputes with adjoining owners.
