Our brief involved reimagining a neglected bungalow on a challenging plot into two unique detached
new-build homes that catered to downsizers and growing families.
Our goal was to seamlessly blend functionality and style to create tasteful and fresh living spaces that prioritised comfort without sacrificing design.
The Beck features two characterful homes that seamlessly fuse traditional exteriors with modern, streamlined living in a picturesque Surrey Hills village.
We were inspired to create bright, adaptable accommodation that works for downsizers seeking unburdened living without sacrificing a sociable lifestyle.
The Beck is also ideal for upsizers who appreciate low-impact living, while enjoying rural village life within easy reach of premium schools and London.
Winterbourne and Millbrook Cottages grew from nothing into spacious, flexible and well-designed homes. Each features an
open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with fully opening bi-fold doors that connect to private outdoor space, expansive roof glazing, ground-floor shower, laundry and boot room, separate family snug, principal bedroom with an ensuite and two guest rooms — all within a modest one-and-a-half-storey 90m2 footprint.
Our approach to balancing our vision with ‘demand’ was evident in the rapid sale of these properties within hours of going to market.
